Our clinical services include recovery support, MAT/Psychiatric services, case management options, and more designed to facilitate success for each client. 

MAT/Psychiatric Services

Our provider is a licensed medical provider through Colorado that completed Mental Health Evaluations and is able to prescribe medications for both Psychiatric care and MAT services. The provider has a flexible schedule and works with clients to obtain stability and a functional quality of life without having to wait several weeks and encourages clients to engage in treatment in order to have wrap around care. Clients are able to have appointments virtually or in office.

Case Management

Our Case manager has experience working with a wide variety of issues from housing services, Medicaid assistance, applications for programs, housing, employments, etc., and maintaining open collaboration with probation officers and housing programs to vouge for the clients progress in treatment.

IOP

IOP group is structured using the MATRIX IOP and DBT Skills Training manuals. Other materials and topics from Alcoholics Anonymous and the American Addiction Centers are also included. Members begin the week by scheduling and preparing for upcoming personal events and end with an exercise in which members reflect on their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. This group is 36 sessions, 3 times a week for 3 hours each meeting state requirements and is offered in the morning on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, and in the evenings on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

EOP

Inspire combines CBT, DBT, and ACT tools and skills with psychoeducation. The goal of which is to empower participants to identify and develop strategies to cope with negative thoughts and emotional/behavioral patterns. This group is structured to be 2 times a week, Monday and Friday from 4pm-5pm. If you are working full time or need to take clinical classes outside of IOP, this is a great fit.5

WOP

Relapse Prevention (LOC 1.0) is the official step down class after successfully completing IOP/EOP and is once a week, 1 hour each, curriculum based that takes a lot of the psychoeducation learned at LOC 2.1 and applies those skills to each client based on their triggers, stressors, and daily adaptations in recovery. They can learn more in depth ways to utilize skills taught at higher levels of care like a daily implication of DBT/CBT skills and actively work on their relapse prevention plan throughout the weeks.

ACT group which is 1 hour per week on Tuesdays from 11am to noon which is an evidence-based psychotherapy that aims to improve psychological well being and enhance quality of life by practicing increased psychological flexibility, reduce avoidance and suppression, enhance mindfulness skills, clarification of values and improve well being and quality of life.

Other weekly one hour groups offered are Transitions Group for individual are transitioning to the community or residing in the community however would benefit from on going sober community and recovery skill enhancement.

Individual Sessions

Individual counseling is a client-focused session with each client to address specific goals and concerns in the comfort of a private setting. Our professional therapists work with each client on their treatment plan to ensure they are obtaining their goals for therapy and are harm reduction focused on meeting clients where they are at and assisting with their recovery plan. They are all trained and equipped to work with a wide variety of issues from substance abuse, trauma, grief, mental illness, and environmental triggers. We can meet with clients multiple times a week to a monthly maintenance check in depending on clients needs and availability.
